How do you verify psychologists?
A 4-stage process: Sumsub KYC (ID + liveness) → license check against Georgian registries → interview with our admissions team → 2 professional references.
How much does a session cost?
Prices vary by clinician (typically 60–150 ₾ per 50-minute session). Pricing is visible before booking.
How do I cancel?
From the "Sessions" tab in your dashboard. Refund policy: ≥24h = 100%, 12–24h = 50%, <12h = 0%.
Which languages?
Georgian, English, Russian. Each clinician lists the languages they work in.
What about emergencies?
MindTalk is not an emergency service. If you are in danger, call 112 or the mental-health line 116 006.
Do you accept insurance?
Not yet — direct pay only for now. Some insurance plans reimburse with a receipt.
Can I meet in person?
Some clinicians offer a hybrid format. Check their profile for details.
