Eligibility

Service is intended for users 18+. For crisis situations (self-harm or immediate danger) call 112 — MindTalk is not a substitute for emergency services.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Please use a strong password and enable two-factor authentication.

Payments & refunds

Payment is collected at booking. Cancellation policy: ≥24h = 100% refund, 12–24h = 50%, <12h = 0%. Courses and subscriptions follow separate rules described at purchase.

Professional scope

Psychologists on the platform are independent professionals — MindTalk acts solely as a connecting platform. Clinical decisions belong exclusively to the clinician.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform.
